Hi, I'm Janice. 

I conduct research around diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at York University as well as a researcher with Inclusive Design for Employment Access (IDEA), a Canadian government initiative aiming to make organizations more disability-inclusive. 

My aim is to provide evidence-based insights around the need for equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts, along with how to successfully implement these.
