Committees

I've been fortunate and honoured to be part of different committees. Through these experiences, I have been exposed to the behind-the-scenes of organizational workings. I also have been able to use my voice in helping to shape - and hopefully improve - processes and policies.

Reviewing

The journal review process is about helping articles get published, with consideration to how these studies may impact our broader understanding of various topics and whether they were conducted well (i.e., rigorously).  When reviewing, I aim to be a developmental reviewer that provides suggestions for improvement alongside my critiques. My goal is to help publish research that is conducted well and is impactful for both theory and practice.

Since 2023, I've been an ad-hoc reviewer for the following journals:

I also have been a reviewer for the Academy of Management's Annual Convention.
